With IntroFit you’ll receive an initial consultation, fitness assessment, and three (3) one hour personal training sessions. Learn proper form, exercise technique, and give your training the jump start it needs. 

The Private 

The Private, is a personal training program that is created and implemented especially for you and your fitness goals. Save yourself time and money traveling to and from the gym and enjoy your workouts in a more private setting, your home.
